- Usage information - pages viewed, links clicked, referrer, approximate region, browser, and device characteristics. Collected through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and first-party attribution.
- Cookies and similar technologies - used to remember preferences, attribute campaigns, and measure aggregate Site performance.
How we use information
- To deliver the asset, guide, or response you requested.
- To improve the Site, our content, and our products.
- To send relevant follow-up emails about The AI Workforce Playbook and Revenue Institute services. You can opt out of any commercial email at any time.

Third-party processors
We use the following processors to operate the Site. Each is bound by their own privacy terms.
- HubSpot - form capture, CRM, and email delivery.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics) - analytics and tag orchestration.
- Microsoft Clarity - session-level usage analytics.
- Vercel - hosting, edge delivery, and operational logs.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics data is retained at the aggregate level for the periods set by each processor.
Your rights
